In the field of technical logistics, the airline operates an advanced spare parts, tooling, and technical equipment inventory system distributed across its Cairo, Borg El Arab, and Assiut maintenance stations, in addition to its central warehouse in Cairo. This integrated infrastructure enables the rapid availability of technical resources, minimizes response times, and supports both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
The system is further supported by a specialized Materials, Repairs, and Warranty Management team operating 24 hours a day, ensuring efficient management of technical assets, optimized resource utilization, and full compliance with international best practices.
Air Cairo's technical capabilities also encompass comprehensive engineering, maintenance planning, and scheduling functions, supporting the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs with maximum efficiency. These activities contribute to optimizing fleet utilization while enhancing aircraft reliability and operational punctuality.
In addition, the airline operates a 24/7 Technical Control Center responsible for continuously monitoring aircraft technical status, tracking technical defects, and overseeing real-time airworthiness across the fleet. This capability enables timely technical decision-making and provides continuous support for flight operations in accordance with the highest aviation safety and security standards.
Air Cairo affirmed that this integrated technical ecosystem reflects the airline's unwavering commitment to implementing the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. It also strengthens the company's ability to provide advanced maintenance and engineering support for its Airbus A320, Embraer, and ATR fleets, while preparing to welcome the Airbus A330 into its fleet in the coming months. This strategic expansion supports the airline's growth plans, reinforces the confidence of customers and operational partners across its markets, and further enhances passenger comfort, safety, and security in full compliance with international civil aviation standards.
