Web Check-In Is Currently Available On-board Air Cairo’s Flights:

• Web check-in is available only for passengers with a confirmed & valid ETicket.
• Anytime within 24 hours and up to 3 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time.

Required Passenger Data and Travel Documents Information:

• Please be aware that new security laws in several countries require all airlines to provide security, customs, and immigration authorities with access to passenger data.
• As a result, any information we have on file about you and your travel plans may be shared with the authorities in the countries listed on your itinerary.
  Your information will be used solely for security purposes.
• I certify that all of the information I have provided (including the required APIS/APP data) is true, accurate, and correct.
• I understand that if I provide any false or inaccurate information, whether knowingly or unknowingly, I will be held liable for any costs and fines, including legal fees.
• I understand that I am responsible for having/obtaining a valid identification document, passport, visa, and/or any other travel document required by the authorities of the destination country or countries in transit during my travels.

Don’T Miss Your Flight, Follow The Below Regulations:

• For all domestic and international flights, online check-in will close one hour before departure.
• For all domestic and international flights, online check-in cancellation will be permitted until one hour before the scheduled departure time.
• All domestic and international flights will have their departure gates closed 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time.
• Note: The boarding pass is issued at the check-in counters via email or upon receipt of the printed boarding pass.
  
  

Web Check-In Is Currently Restricted and Not Available For the below:

• Passengers with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied minors, pets, or stretcher cases.

Once The Boarding Pass Is Printed:

• For verification purposes, the credit card used for payment and the credit card owner should be present at the time of check-in.
• Guests who have baggage to check are requested to report to the baggage drop counter or any vacant counter three hours before the scheduled departure time to complete the acceptance of their baggage.
• You must be present at the boarding gate no later than one hour before departure time.
• It is mandatory to produce a valid photo identification using the web check-in boarding pass for security clearance as well as for boarding (passport/official photo identification). If you fail to comply with this condition, Air Cairo has the right to deny you boarding.

Air Cairo will cancel the seat assigned to you and booked through our online check-in facility, if:

• You arrive late at the boarding gate.
• You do not hold valid travel documents, including a visa to the final destination and any transit stops, if applicable.
• Air Cairo cannot delay its flights for passengers arriving late or not holding valid documents and no responsibility can be accepted in such cases.
